SoCal Home Appraisers
We have been performing appraisal reports and appraisal reviews for over 22 years and have been associated with Southern California Real Estate for over 45 years. The main principal of SoCal Home Appraisers began his career in 1986 with Home Savings and Loan in Newport Beach, CA as the Chief Residential Appraiser overseeing and reviewing multi-million dollar home appraisals located on the South Orange County Coastline. In 1989 he left Home Savings and Loan to form SoCal Home Appraisers. We have been performing appraisals and reviews encompassing everything from Land, Condominium, Manufactured / Mobile home, Single Family Residential and small Income producing apartment building (2 to 4 units) appraisal reports and reviews.
Our experience includes performing appraisals and appraisal reviews for FHA (Federal Housing Attorney), Direct Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Divorce Attorney's, Date of Death / Probate Attorney's, City of Los Angeles planning Dept, Farmers Insurance (Lead appraiser for Northridge earthquake and Laguna Beach fire home loss), and professional witness in US District Court. We are approved with most all major Lenders and have never been blacklisted.
Our appraisers hold all levels of State of California Appraiser Licenses including "Certified General". We have been appraising long before licensing was a requirement. Our focus is strictly on residential properties up to 4 units. Our focus has always been and always will be on Single Family Residential homes to perform the most professional and competent appraisal reports for all of our clients needs.
